We require a purchase order forwarded by email, fax or regular mail before we ship your order. These can be formal purchase contracts or simply supplied on your school's letterhead stationary. Purchase documents must supply billing information, tax exempt status and be signed by an authorizing agent for your organization and are considered legal contracts.
We charge $6.00 per item for the cost of first class U. S. Postal shipping. These charges are added automatically in the shopping cart. A maximum of 12 titles may be ordered on a single invoice. Please call customer service to place large volume orders where shipping charges may be waived completely.
We ask our customers to select the sales tax they are required to pay. Generally this applies only to for profit organizations located in the state of Colorado. Most of our customers do not pay sales tax. Your purchase order will include your tax exempt status and number for verification. If you have a question regarding sales tax, please contact our customer service representatives by phone or email.
We do not accept credit cards, personal checks or cash. Generally payment is required within 30 days from receipt of our invoice mailed to the purchase authority, listed on the purchase order for your school. Most school districts and academic institutions already have accounts setup at Instructional Video USA.
